What is MySonny?
MySonny is a self-serve platform for building AI agents that operate like employees. Each agent has persistent memory, can use tools, and works 24/7.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT forgets everything when you close the tab. MySonny agents remember permanently, connect to your business systems, work while you're away, and message you on Telegram when the job is done.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You create agents through a simple dashboard, connect Telegram with a few clicks, and communicate with your agent in plain English.
Agents
How long does it take to create an agent?
About 60 seconds. You name it, choose a persona, and it's deployed.
Can my agent connect to my business systems?
Yes. Agents can use web APIs, browse websites, run scripts, and integrate with most online tools. Tell your agent what systems you use and it will find ways to connect.
Does my agent remember everything?
Yes. Every conversation, every fact you share, every preference — it's all stored in persistent memory that survives restarts and carries across sessions.
Can I have multiple agents?
Yes, depending on your plan. Starter includes 1 agent, Pro includes 5, and Enterprise includes 25.
Billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days on any plan. Your card is validated but not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your selected plan starts billing automatically. If you cancel during the trial, you're never charged.
What if I run out of compute credits?
When you reach your plan quota, you can reload credits (minimum $20) or upgrade your plan. MySonny uses a compute-credit model for customer billing, not per-token overage pricing.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Use the **Manage Billing** button on your Billing page to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.
Security
Is my data safe?
Each agent runs in an isolated container with its own storage. Your data never mixes with other customers. All connections use TLS encryption.
Who can access my agent?
Only you and people you explicitly authorize (via Telegram user ID). Agents use pairing-based authentication.
Where is my data stored?
On Microsoft Azure infrastructure in Canada. Your agent's workspace persists on encrypted storage.
